Evolving Vitality is a licensed telehealth provider. All services are elective and require a medical consultation and appropriate evaluation by a licensed provider. Patients must follow all medical instructions and are responsible for communicating any issues, concerns, or side effects. Individuals with conditions requiring specialized care may be referred to an appropriate specialist. Participation in any program indicates acknowledgment and acceptance of all program-related risks. All information provided on our website is for educational purposes only and does not substitute for professional medical advice.

By accessing this website, users agree not to misuse, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent. Users may not interfere with the operation of the website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas. All activity on this site must comply with applicable laws and respect the intellectual property rights of Evolving Vitality and third parties.

Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services and medications, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns on consultations, lab work, or prescribed medications. Exceptions may be made in the rare event of provider cancellation or pharmacy error. Patients are financially responsible for all approved services and orders. Payments must be received in full before medications are ordered or shipped.

Shipping Policy

All medications are dispensed through licensed U.S.-based compounding pharmacies and shipped directly to the patient’s address on file.

Prescriptions are transmitted to the pharmacy shortly after the telehealth consultation and medical review are completed, typically within 24–48 business hours. The pharmacy’s standard processing time ranges from 3–5 business days before shipment.

All partner pharmacies ship via FedEx, and standard delivery times are generally 7–14 business days from the time of prescription processing. Patients are encouraged to download the FedEx app and register their address to receive delivery updates and manage shipment preferences directly.

Evolving Vitality is not responsible for delays due to courier issues, missed deliveries, or address errors. Patients must notify the clinic of any address changes before fulfillment. Lost or damaged packages must be reported immediately to initiate replacement requests through the pharmacy.
